Introduces social works’ perspective on human behavior and the social environment. An ecological perspective is used to focus on the biological, psychological, and sociological context of human development. Relationships between lifespan issues and the understanding of person-environment are all areas of study.

Prerequisite: SCWK 21063 - Introduction To Social Work  
Prerequisite or Corequisite: BIOL 10043 - Biological Science /BIOL 10031 - Biological Science Laboratory , PSYC 11003 - General Psychology , and SOCI 10103 - Introduction To Sociology
