Students will study the essential elements of various crimes, the range of potential punishments, intricacies of accomplice liability as well as a thorough analysis of key defenses to criminal charges.

Prerequisite: ENGL 10203 - Composition II or ENGL 24603 - Introduction to Writing Studies
