RISP 11102 - Radiographic Procedures I UAFS Legacy Course Number: RADT 1112 Credit Hours: 2 Contact Hours: 1 Lecture, 2 Lab Offered: Fall
Presents the principles of radiographic anatomy, positioning, and terminology necessary to perform standard radiographic procedures. Emphasis given to routine and specialty views of the chest and abdomen along with procedures of the wrist, hand, and fingers.
Prerequisite: ENGL 10103 - Composition I , MATH 11003 - College Algebra , CPR Certification (American Heart Association “CPR for Healthcare Providers” or American Red Cross “CPR for the Professional Rescuer”) CHEM 10003 - Chemical Principles , and BIOL 24003 - Human Anatomy /BIOL 24001 - Human Anatomy Laboratory Corequisite: RISP 11004 - Introduction To Radiography , RISP 11204 - Clinical Education I , and RISP 12302 - Radiation Physics Prerequisite or Corequisite: BIOL 24103 - Human Physiology /BIOL 24101 - Human Physiology Laboratory
