BIOL 400V - Undergraduate Research In Biology Common Course Number: BIOL 4018V Credit Hours: 1-3 Contact Hours: Variable Offered: Irregular
A course that covers the scientific method by giving practical exposure to hypothesis testing, experimental design, data collection and analysis. Students are required to do a departmentwide presentation of their findings at the end of the term.
Prerequisite: biology major, completion of at least 12 hours of Biology coursework, junior standing, and consent of instructor. Repeatable: May be repeated when topics differ for a total of six hours.
