NURS 4001 - NCLEX Preparation I Credit Hours: 1 Contact Hours: 1 Lecture Offered: Fall, Spring
Provides students with competencies and strategies to transition from student to baccalaureate-prepared nurse. Focuses on steps/materials to pass NCLEX-RN©, test blueprint, computerized adaptive testing, multiple choice, and alternate item format questions. Students use the ATI Examinations to assess strengths and weaknesses and develop a comprehensive, personal plan of study for NCLEX-RN©.
Prerequisite: NURS 3336 Nursing Care of the Adult I or NURS 3339 Adult Medical Surgical Nursing
